Delivery Times

Coast & Oak aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, starting the day after the order is received.  If you have not received an ‘Order Dispatch’ e-mail, 5 working days after you placed your order please contact us.

Shipping

How we ship

  • We currently only ship to the UK
  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class post (Royal Mail delivery aim: next working day including Saturdays)
  • Signed for delivery is available upon request.

When we ship

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know your order is on its way.

If an item is returned to us and no contact is made to rearrange delivery we will not be responsible for providing a refund. Items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should an item be returned to us without us hearing from you first but if we don’t receive a response within a reasonable period of time we will not be responsible for getting the item(s) redelivered.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. A number of factors can affect delivery times including but not limited to remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, busy postage periods e.g. Christmas.

Returns

We hope that you will be extremely satisfied with your order however if you are no, or simply change your mind, then you can returned your item within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene unless they are faulty.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and/or box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Currently item(s) may not be exchanged; we ask you to place a new order with us online.

To return your order

  • Please email us at hello@coastandoak.co.uk to let us know you wish to return your item.  We will then provide you with our UK returns address.
  • Package your item well and arrange for delivery to Coast & Oak.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our studio. We also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds shall be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.   On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
